Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the digital content and subscription services provided by lullove ("Service"), operated by TiiEx ("Company").

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following core features:

  1. Custom Lullaby Recording: Users can record their voices over provided background tracks (MR) to create personalized lullabies.
  2. Smart Lullaby Audio SaaS: Optimized aidio SaaS for infant sleep with automated volume control, customizable fade-in/fade-out, and seamless loop playback.
  3. Parenting Blog & Community: Useful information and community features for parents.
  4. Usage restrictions: A user's recordings can only be used within their own account and cannot be shared with others or provided to other users.

Specific features and specifications may vary depending on the user's subscription tier.

Article 3 (Subscription and Payment)

  1. Provided on a recurring subscription or one-time license basis.
  2. Payments processed via designated platforms (e.g., Paddle).
  3. Subscription renewal can be managed or canceled at any time.

Article 4 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

  1. Refund Eligibility: Requested within 7 days of purchase, and the user has NOT used the recording or streaming functions.
  2. Non-Refundable: Once recording or playing has been initiated, or after 7 days from purchase.
  3. Inquiry: Submit via lullove.com support or official email hello@lullove.com.

Article 5 (User-Generated Content)

Users retain ownership of their recordings. The Company is granted a limited right to use the data to provide the Service (e.g., volume optimization).

Article 6 (Restrictions)

Access may be restricted or terminated for fraud, system interference, or violation of community terms.

Article 7 (Modifications)

The Company may modify or suspend service to improve quality, with prior notice for significant changes.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Company is located.
