4. Automated: IP address (for region mapping), service logs, and cookies.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection)

1. Providing personalized lullaby generation and audio SaaS.
2. Managing subscriptions, payments, identity verification, and customer support.
3. Improving service quality through volume automation and fade-in/fade-out technology.
4. Sending service notices and newsletters (if consented).
5. Preventing unauthorized use and maintaining security.

Article 3 (Storage and Protection of Voice Data)

1. User voice data is encrypted and stored on secure, globally distributed cloud servers.
2. Data is stored in the user's home region to comply with local protection laws.
3. Voice data is not shared with third parties for purposes other than performing the service function.
4. Data is destroyed without delay upon account deletion or deletion requests.
5. Operational logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.

2. Legal retention: Transaction records (5 years) and access logs (3 months), as required by law.
